What we'll Provide
We'll arrive earlier than our contracted time, if the venue allows. This allows us to set up and tweak our equipment without disturbing your guests. If your guests arrive early, and we are already set up, we will begin playing music earlier than our contracted time at no extra cost.
We will coordinate with the venue, caterer, bar, photographer, videographer, and any other vendors or individuals that will have an impact on your reception. We will make sure that everybody that needs to know will know when an event or ceremony is about to take place.
When you arrive at the reception, we will be there to help organize you for introductions, and handle your "grand" introduction... whether you want a loud, fun intro or a more formal intro.
We'll perform emcee duties throughout the reception including introducing individuals who will be offering toasts, announcing the cake-cutting and other events, and any special announcements that need to be made.
We will announce your first dance, father-daughter dance, mother-groom dance, and wedding party dance (all of which are optional), and any other special dances you might want done.
We will honor your "must play" or "do not play" lists that you provide us with. Time permitting, we will also honor guest requests. If a guest request is questionable, or we feel it will alter the mood of the party, we will ask you first before we play it.
